SUMMARY:
We found that although size was correlated inversely with the frequency of pCR in BluePrint HER2 and Basal subtypes, this was not demonstrated in the multivariate logistic regression analyses, where BluePrint molecular subtype was the strongest of the characteristics associated with pCR (grade, HER2, PR, and lymph node status).
