BluePrint is an 80‑gene molecular subtyping test for breast cancer that evaluates the underlying biology driving a tumor’s growth. By analyzing gene expression in breast tumor tissue, BluePrint classifies tumors into one of three molecular subtypes:
    • Luminal‑Type
    • HER2‑Type
    • Basal‑Type
BluePrint goes beyond traditional pathology tests (such as ER, PR, and HER2 by IHC/FISH) by assessing whether key biological pathways are functionally active, not just present. This provides insight into what is driving tumor growth at the molecular level.
